(KWNO)-Kenneth Janz will be the new interim president of Winona State University effective August 1. Janz came to WSU in 2008 as associate vice president for academic affairs and CIO and became the dean of the library in 2015.
Janz succeeds Scott Olson who will be the new chancellor of Minnesota State. The search for a permanent president of WSU will be launched in the fall.
