(KWNO)-If you need a break from the traditional Steamboat Days festivities, you’re in luck. The Flotsam River Circus is playing a show at the Winona Arts Center on Friday night. Flotsam is “a troupe of musicians, circus performers and puppeteers traveling from place to place on a handmade raft, giving free performances in towns along the way,” according to its website.
This is Flotsam’s first time playing concerts on the Mississippi River. They’re playing a series of shows in Iowa before coming to Winona and will play in Minneapolis and La Crosse on Saturday and Sunday. For more information visit their website at rivercircus.com
