(KWNO)-Adam Fravel has been moved to the maximum-security lockup at Olmstead County Detention Center. Fravel is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Madeline Kingsbury. Fravel was booked into the Winona County Jail last week but that facility doesn’t have a maximum-security area. Winona County Sheriff Jeff Mueller said prisoners are transferred to maximum-security based on “criminal history, past behaviors and charges against them.”
Fravel was arrested last week after Kingsbury’s body was found in Fillmore County. The Winona woman had been missing since March 31. Fravel is Kingsbury’s ex-boyfriend and the father of her two children. He’s due back in court on July 20.
