(KWNO)-A La Crosse County judge set a $1 million cash bond for a woman accused of killing a six-year-old boy. Josie Dikeman is charged with 1st-degree intentional homicide in the death of Alexavier Pedrin. Pedrin was found unresponsive on Feb. 11 at a home in Medary.
According to an autopsy Pedrin suffered blunt force trauma to his head and neck and also had Xanax in his system. Witnesses told law enforcement Dikeman had a history of hurting Pedrin. Dikeman is scheduled to appear in court again on May 31.
