(KWNO)-A young woman from St. Charles is a finalist for the title of Princess Kay of Milky Way. Riley Ward will represent Winona County and have her likeness carved in butter at the Minnesota State Fair in August.
Ward is among 10 finalists in the 70th Princess Kay competition which is funded by dairy farmers.
