(KWNO)- Winona Officials sent out a memo, stating the plan for snow removal around the city.
Plowing will begin starting at 11:00 p.m. tonight and then again starting at 11:00 p.m. Friday night. There will be no tag and tow.
The city will then do downtown snow removal starting at 12:01 a.m. Sunday, January 22 and again at 12:01 Monday, January 23, with a tag and tow enforced.
