WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-The first of several road closures associated with the Mankato Ave. Reconstruction Project begins today.
East Lake Blvd. will close from Hwy. 43 to the 8,000 block which is near the Edina Realty building. Traffic seeking residences, businesses and destinations along East Lake Blvd. are asked to access the road via Huff St.
The closure also shuts down Sugar Loaf Rd. access from East Lake Blvd. Motorists can get to homes, businesses and other destinations along Sugar Loaf Rd. via Hwy. 43.
