(KWNO)-A GoFundMe page has been established for the family of a Winona State student who lost her life after being struck by an accused wrong-way driver.
The page for 20-year-old Hannah Goman of Stevens Point, Wis. has raised over $17,000 in the three days it has been live. It was set up by a friend of Hannah’s mom, Michelle, who writes, “Michelle is the sweetest soul and the first person in this community to step up and help out anyone in need, it’s time for us to help her in this heartbreaking time. The least we can do is help ease the financial burden of funeral expenses.”
Over 280 people have donated to the page as of Thursday morning. For a link to the GoFundMe, click here.

Bill would require large industries to get water permit
