
WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Winona’s Ground Round will close its doors after 14 years of operation.
Owner Tim Beier made the announcement on the restaurant’s Facebook page. The post reads in part, “With the challenges of the pandemic, and most importantly, the recent challenges I’ve faced with my personal health, my family and I have decided it is in our best interest to close, effective Saturday, February 26, 2022.”
The Beier family also thanked the Winona community for its support and said they have valued the relationships they’ve built with the restaurant’s customers, employees, and vendors.
