WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Winona Police are investigating a report of stolen tools.
Officers were called to the 850 block of East 4th St. Thursday afternoon. The reporting party told officers that assorted tools were taken from the truck of their vehicle.
The tools are estimated to be worth $3,000. Police said there were no suspects as of Friday morning.
