WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-The Winona State community is mourning the death of 21-year-old Kaylie Meyer.
A statement from the university says the Rochester native was a junior studying social work. Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Life at Winona State, Denise McDowell, said there is no safety concern for the campus community and asked students and employees to keep Meyer’s family and friends in their thoughts and prayers.
The cause of death has not been made public. WSU is offering counseling and support services to the university.
