WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)- Update: Firefighters have released more information.
Winona firefighters and police officers responded to a fire along Franklin St Tuesday night.
Police say it’s a structure fire. Franklin was blocked off between 9th and 10th Streets.
The road closure cleared before 9 p.m. Updated 8:56 p.m. Tuesday
