ELBA, Minn. (KWNO)-Construction crews have finished a bridge replacement project in Winona County.
The highway department announced on Tuesday the bridge on County Rd. 26 near Elba, Minn. is open for traffic. The road closed on June 21 between County Rd. 37 and Highway 74.
Traffic was detoured south to Highway 14 during the replacement.
