WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-Winona Health will hold a schedule and walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Thursday from 1-6 p.m.

The clinic is open to anyone ages 12 and older. Officials will administer the Pfizer vaccine at the Parkview Office building on the Winona Health Mankato Ave. campus.

The vaccination clinics could become an item of the pass. Winona County held its last mass clinic for first shots last week. Winona Health President and CEO Rachelle Schultz says they will keep the mass clinics going until there’s a drop off of people arriving for a shot.

“As long as we have enough of a group of people, we’ll either shave down the number of hours of operation or something like that,” Schultz said. “If we’re getting down to 20 people or something, there’s better ways, more efficient ways to [vaccinate] than tying up a lot of staff.”

Schultz said Winona Health has also offered the shot to community members during check-ups. Those interested in a scheduled vaccination time are asked to complete the Vaccination Request form on the Winona Health website. Those unable to complete the form may call 507.454.3650 to leave a name and number for a return call with a scheduled time.

Winona Health is still requiring face coverings to be worn by anyone coming into Winona Health.
