WINONA, Minn. (KWNO)-The Winona City Council finalized approval to receive a $13,000 grant from MnDOT for the Winona municipal airport.
The grant is part of the Airport Coronavirus Response Grant Program, which is aimed at helping airports combat the spread of pathogens.
The money will be used on operations, personnel, cleaning, sanitation, janitorial services, and debt services payments.
