Ramblers of the Month

Anna Raymond is the daughter of Martin and Jessica Raymon, has one brother named Paxton.

Anna loves hockey, as well as other sports.  She also enjoys drawing, baking, and trying different foods.  Her favorite subjects are Math, Science, and Reading, and she loves staying active in Gym class.

Anna says she loves Cotter, spending time with her classmates and teachers, and really likes the building itself.  She appreciates the history of Cotter and the everyday traditions that happen at Cotter, including morning prayer and announcements.

Erica Beckman is the son of Dean and Deb Beckman.  Erica has two siblings, Aidan and Cale.

At Cotter Erica participates in Band and she says along with Band, her favorite subjects are History, English, and Science. Erica enjoys swimming, rollerblading, and reading.  In the future, Erica would love to work with animals as a zoologist.

Teachers nominated Erica for the Rambler of the month, because she is a good student and always hardworking.  She is conscientious and exhibits kindness to classmates, teachers, and staff.

Christian Mueller is the son of Denise Sharrock-Mueller and Eric Mueller.  Christian has one sister, Afton.

Christian is new to Cotter this year and has been a wonderful addition.  Christian keeps busy outside of school including groundskeeping work and contributing time to a farm. Christian excels in Science and brings curiosity to the classroom.  He engages with both teachers and his classmates.

Teachers nominated Christian for the Rambler of the Month, saying he is polite, respectful, and takes learning seriously.  One teacher noted that he especially appreciates Christian’s ability to communicate well when there are issues outside of his control.

Tomas Castillo Pelaez is the son of Juan Manuel Castillo and Lina Pelaez.

Tomas enjoys spending his free time running, cooking, painting, playing music and spending time with friends.  His favorite subject is Social Studies and in the future he plans to attend college in the United States and study Architecture.

Teachers nominated Tomas for the Rambler of the month, saying he is motivated, always works hard, and is energetic in and out of the classroom.  He is kind, caring, and inviting to all.
