(KWNO)- Winona Police have released notification of a level 3 sex offender moving to Winona.
39-year-old Jason M. Cieminski will reside at an address on the 1800 block of Gilmore Ave, according to police records. The change of address date is marked March 23.
Cieminski was jailed for engaging in sexual contact with an unknown female and taking advantage of her while she was asleep. Police say Cieminski also has a history of peeping into windows and stealing women’s underwear.
Authorities say Cieminski has served his sentence and is transitioning back into the community.
