
(KWNO)- An Alma man was injured after striking a semi-truck in Trempealeau County Tuesday afternoon.
The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Gustavo Escamilla was north on Highway 93 near Arcadia when he drifted into the southbound lane and struck the driver’s side of a semi-truck. Investigators say Escamilla told them he dozed off while driving.
Escamilla was hospitalized for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The truck driver was not hurt.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
