(KWNO)- Winona Area Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people responsible for a property damage spree.
Police responded to nine calls of vehicle or home windows being shot out by vandals over the weekend. An additional resident reported a white marble was shot through the window of their home at the 450 block of East 4th St. Monday afternoon.
