(KWNO)- The Winona area saw five days of record cold highs and three nights of record lows.
The coldest high Winona saw was two below zero on Sunday, breaking the previous record of seven degrees set in 2015. The coldest record low was 21 below zero set on Feb. 15, topping the previous record of 14 below zero set in 2019.
The cold snap appears to be in the rearview mirror with forecasted highs in the lower 30’s by Sunday. For the full list of the record temperatures, click here.
