(KWNO)- Winona Police calls from Monday, Feb. 8, and Tuesday, Feb. 9.
2/8, 10:17 a.m.19-year-old Destiney M. Matthews of Minnesota City was cited for allegedly stealing a security camera, valued at $39.99 from Menards.
2/9, 5:36 a.m. 32-year-old Candi J. Rethwill of Lakefield, Minn. was arrested under suspicion of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the area of 6th and Grand Streets. Officers say they searched the vehicle and found .088 grams of suspected methamphetamine, two baggies coated with suspected meth residue, and four tin foil pieces with drug residue. Police say Rethwill told them she was using meth at a home earlier that night.
Police issued 22 alternate side parking tickets.
