(KWNO)- Local poets could have their poems stamped on sidewalks throughout Winona.
The Winona Fine Arts Commission announced this week they will be accepting submissions for the 2021 poetry walk. Short poems or parts of poems will be accepted from Feb. 1 until April 5.
Applicants must be at least one of the following:
-Full-time residents of Winona –
Full-time students in Winona-
Posthumous submissions from relatives of a poet who lived in Winona
-First Nation artists who claim this as their ancestral home
